RETURNS

We hope you love your Blended items, but if you need to return them, here's what you need to know, for returns or exchanges from the website:

We accept return of all full price online only purchases within 14 days of the receipt of your order. All purchases made in store are eligible for exchange only. 

- If your delivery is delayed or lost, we'll work with the shipping company to investigate.
- If your chosen delivery method doesn't need a signature and has proof of delivery, we're not responsible for theft.

Return Requests:

- Email info@blendedconceptstore.com within 14 days of getting your items to request a return with your order number in the subject line. 
- We don't refund the original shipping cost.
- Returned items must be unworn with all tags attached.

We aim to process returns promptly, but please allow up to 14 days from when we receive the items.
